Happy New Year!!
Ok, so its day 2 into the new year and I'm just now getting around to wishing everyone a happy new year and hopefully you all had a great Christmas! I am so glad that Christmas is over with and we are starting off a brand new year that is hopefully full of new adventures, good health, prosperity, successes and much much more!! I've been meaning to blog for the past 3 days now, but I've just been running around trying to get cleaned up and caught up from the holidays. We had my sister-in-law here all week spending some time with us and the kids and we've really enjoyed the help and company! Now we are paying of it as the kids have had nonstop attention for the last week and don't know what to do with just Mom and Dad now, guess we aren't as much fun sometimes as the grandma's, grandpa's, aunt's and uncle's are! Chad's had almost 2 weeks off now and as much as I have enjoyed it, its gone by entirely too fast and reality is about to set in in a few days, ahh!!?!? We didn't get as much done as we had hoped, but we have had lots of fun with the kids! This past Tuesday, I finally convinced Chad to use his massage gift card I had got him last Valentine's Day. I knew he would absolutely LOVE it, and I was SO right, he said it was incredible and wishes he could do it all the time! While he was having that done, Brit and I went to Cherry Creek mall to finally use up the kids Build a Bear gift card from last Christmas as well! Oh my, we're we in for a cool treat!! I had no idea how much fun it was, I think I had more fun than the kids! What a neat concept and the kids walked away each with a monkey all dressed up! After we finished there, the mall has a really neat play area, so we let the kids run off some energy and they had a blast, only wishing we were a little closer to that mall because I would take them there more often! New Years Eve, I got my parents to watch the kids overnight and we went out to Shaklee's to celebrate the new year! We had lots of fun catching up with everyone and I got my first experience with the Wii and I LOVED it, now I want one, but know that's not gonna happen for awhile! We were having lots of fun playing it and the night slipped by entirely too fast and before you know it, its 5am and time to catch a few zzzzz's before I needed to wake up and order my Project 365 kit. That was an experience itself trying to order it. I was using a friend's laptop which I barely ever use, so between trying to figure that out and the website getting slammed at 9am, I finally and hopefully got it ordered after about a 1/2 hour of trying. I had a lot of the same issues as everyone else and knew it was going to go fast, so I just kept crossing my fingers it worked. We spent a quiet New Years Day at home catching up on sleep and dealing with cranky kids as I think they have been SO spoiled with company the last week, that we think they are just now discovering everyone is gone and its back to normal around here! Today was another quiet day too. Chad worked on all our paperwork, receipts, documents from '08 getting them sorted and filed away so we can start a new year and made my grocery list and off we went to 3 different places to grocery shop after naps today, always a chore, but good to get everyone out of the house! We also enjoyed some time outside today as it was about 60 degrees, which is pretty rare these days! It was also my Mom's 50th birthday today! We called her and wished her a good day, she was having fun doing all sorts of stuff. I am throwing her a little party next weekend in honor of it, should be a good time! I'm continuing to take my daily pictures for Project 365 and have had lots of fun with it! Lately its been all about Braylon, but that's ok, Bryn will have her days too! I'm SO excited to get my kit and start on it. I've been keeping my pictures organized on our external hard drive and journaling each day on what I want to tell about the picture! I'm honored that I've inspired a few of you to start this too, I think its just such an awesome and unique idea to scrapbook! Well, that is a recap of the end of last year and the start of this year. We have lots of high hopes that this is going to be our year!! We hope this finds you and your family ready for a new one too!

How is yours shipping already? This is making no sense. I thought you ordered yours after you saw I got mine?
I got an e-mail the other day that said my $0 order meant that it was a pre-order and that they would send me an e-mail when it ships.
This is all very interesting. I keep reading Becky's updates. I feel bad for her to have to deal with all this!
i have no idea how i got lucky! i just got a conf. email from CK yesterday saying my order had been shipped, so we'll see! No, I was frantically ordering on a friends computer at 9 am that day when everybody else was too, I did get that same $0 order thingy too, but from keeping up with becky's blog it has to do with preorders. let me know when you get yours!
