Since Dennis has been in town all week, we haven't been able to take the time off of work to enjoy a day with him somewhere. However, today we did and it was the perfect day to go to the zoo. I think everybody else had the same idea too! I only had Brooklynn today, so I made sure it was ok with Rhiannon and Chris to take her with us. She did so well! I think Bryn was more interested at times to play with Brooklynn instead of seeing the animals! Its a little crazy to pack and get out of the house with 3 then with 2, but we managed pretty well I think! I'm thankful Chad helped out or we could of never made it! We knew Dennis liked photography and had a very nice camera, but we had not idea the passion had grown until arrived at the zoo and he had his HUGE camera set up ready to take pics with. I don't think I've seen such an enormous camera in my life, we got a big kick out the fact that I think that weight of his camera stuff had to of been much more than what I had in the stroller! Its a newer hobby for him and its amazing the talent he has. In fact, there were a few people asking if he worked for a magazine or the zoo! He kept saying that he had a few photo albums to show us when we got together that night for dinner and we just thought it was another photo viewing, nothing special. We were blown away at his photos and we would love to share his site with all of you, I think you'll agree too! http://www.pbase.com/dennis_animal_pics
The pics on the website do no justice to seeing them in person. All in all, it was a fun day and it was nice to get out of the house for once! Although, Bryn has been really cranky tonight and I'm afraid she's coming down with something again.

Getting out of the house with three? We feel like we accomplish something when we get out of the house with one in a decent length of time...

I'm glad the zoo trip turned out well. It was about 95 degrees the last time we went to the zoo and all the animals were tucked away in the shade - no good pictures on a day like that.
