
As I was stating in an earlier post, with this new lifestyle comes a whole new world, its like learning a new language. Thank goodness for our library, I will checkout books every now and then to see how they are. If they are keepers, I end up buying them, if not, I'm glad I didn't waste my money! Its definetly been a challenge to find a good gluten/dairy free cookbook. This one is definetly a keeper! I have yet to go get it yet or try recipes, but the recipes all sound so amazing, I can't wait to try them! It does help that the author of this book was previously the editor-in-chief of "Everyday with Rachel Ray" & "Food & Wine" magazines and owned her own Italian bakery among many other culinary accomplishments! I have already recommended the book to a few other friends who have gluten issues. I hope they will enjoy it as much as I will!
