9.22.10 A visit to the Chiropractor

A few weeks before we left for MI, I was starting to have tons of pain in my feet, especially my heels. I’ve never been officially diagnosed, but know that I suffer from Plantar Fascitiis. I have been trying to choose the more natural path with things lately, so I wasn’t really excited to have to go see a podiatrist. After a friend had told me she knew of someone with this condition that was treated and healed by a chiropractor, I jumped at the chance to try it out! My cousin’s husband is a chiropractor in Loveland, so I sought advice from him and sure enough, he told me he’s seen plenty and to see if I could go to someone around here. Luckily, we knew a good one when Chad had threw out his back a year earlier, so I was able to start treatments today. I have to say, I LIVE for when I get to go back and get treatments, its helped me tremendously, now the hard part is trying to remember to do this 1 simple exercise everyday and wear supportive footwear constantly, something I don’t excel at on a regular basis. If any of you are reading this that need a chiropractor anytime, I can recommend an awesome one here in Parker. Dr. Schwartz is so good at what she does, such a friendly, down to earth gal and would highly recommend her! I know I’ve already referred a few of my friends! http://www.advancedchiropracticclinic.com/
