11.4.10 Spiced Pumpkin Seeds


I wanted to share a super, simple recipe for a recipe I made the other night with the pumpkin seeds we had from all the pumpkins!

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds: (makes 8 servings)

1 1/2 T. margarine, melted
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. garlic salt
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw pumpkin seeds

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
2. Combine the margarine, salt, garlic salt, worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds. Mix thoroughly and place in a shallow baking dish
3. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
