I hope this is the answer to my ankle issues lately. I hate it when you are doing so good at something and then you have a setback. Well, this all started about a month into my training and my trainer told me to try new shoes first to see if that will do the trick. I have really weak ankles anyways and they give out every now and then for no reason, but I just started adding a jog into my walk and that's when it all started and is preventing me from jogging right now. I was really enjoying it and boom, this happens and I'm stuck with just walking. My mom is an avid walker, more like speed walker, and she recently got a new pair of Asics and loves them, so I found a pair this past weekend and I really liked how they feel so I'm hoping this is all that I need to get me going again!

I love my Asics and Joel (who runs all the time) won't use anything else. He buys a new pair at least every year and the new pair is designated for workouts only.

that's good to know, I actually had an 'ah' moment yesterday for the first time when I tried jogging with them on and had no ankle pain, so that made my day! I hope that streak continues. Good to know, I'll have to try and replace them around my bday every year then, thanks!
