Well, its the 2nd full week of beginning my path to a healthier life! I have a really long ways to go and I luckily have a personal trainer that comes to my home once a week to work with me, and the other days I'm on my own, but it has been going really well! Each week is a little more challenging, but that's good! I've run into just 1 minor bump in the road so far, but its nothing that won't stop me! Who says you need to go to a gym when just a few simple items at home will work you out good: a stability ball, a resistance band, weights, the stairs, walking outdoors and of course I couldn't get through a workout without my Ipod, its definetly therapy to me! Keep checking back for my progress!
