This week's favorite find is a favorite recipe of ours that I stumbled upon! They are called Open faced Chicken Sandwiches. They basically consist of a slice of french bread, topped with a sauce made of mayo and blue cheese, slices of chicken breast on top of the sauce,topped off with sauteed onions and mushrooms and shredded mozzerella cheese! It is SO yummy and suppose to be a heathier recipe for you as well!
