One of my favorite hobbies is cooking. Luckily I learned from the best, my mom! I have these fun copycat recipe books of recipes from many restaurants. Tonight we tried one of our favorite dishes from The Cheesecake Factory, Chicken Madeira. Everything turned out yummy, except the sauce which I could never get to thicken, even after lot of cornstarch, it was yummy though and pretty darn close to the original one!
