Every other Wednesday night, we make it a point to get out for a date night! We try to mix it up with different things to do, but most of all we probably enjoy eating out the most. Its just something that we don't get to do much and its nice not having to chase 2 kids around the place or cut up food, etc...Tonight we tried a newer restaurant in Parker called Gaspares. It was amazing Italian food and the first time I tried mussels (sp?), gotta say I was impressed! Its a cute little restarant hidden off Mainstreet and we would definetly recommend it to anyone!
