Chad and I both took off this week, we both were ready for a break and wanting to get ready for the new year. This week we have been doing some little projects around the house. One of the other areas I wanted to tackle this week was our fireplace mantel. It has had no decorations on it for so long, so for Christmas I received a gift card to one of my favorite stores, Hobby Lobby, and I was able to start decorating it. I do like what I have done so far, there is a few decorations I still have to get to finish it, but its a huge improvement over what we started with! Thanks to my sweet sister-in-law CJ for that!
